Contracting parties
The following provisions govern the legal relationship between you as the user of the "Locks4phone" app (the "App") and me as the provider of the App, insofar as they relate to the use of this App. I, the provider of the app, am Sayee Shishir Karna , Adrit Apps , Mangalore, India ,Karnamahabala@gmail.com .
The operator of the app store from which you purchased the app (the "store operator", i.e. Google) is not a party to this contract.
I am not liable for any services supplied by third parties .
I am not liable in any way for unauthorized use of the Service.
I am not liable for any loss of data of the User .
I am not in any way liable for any damage caused to the User’s electronic devices running Application or Services, nor any damage to any other software it may run
I reserve the right to restrict or temporarily suspend the operation of the Service without any compensation
The User expressly acknowledges any and all risks connected with the use of Application for the purposes of locking phone . I shall not in any way be liable for any damage, harm or any other injury caused by locking phone by the User through Locks4phone Application.
The publication of the App in the App Store is an offer to conclude a contract which you accept by agreeing to these Terms of Use after the start of the App. You may only use the App if you agree to these Terms of Use.
